More recently, under our Real Estate practice, we have been engaged in multiple Loan Modification transactions and Foreclosure Defense Work. As the economy has taken even some of the best planners by surprise and despite our government's efforts to help homeowners, we have found that having an attorney represent the homeowners' interest is very helpful. There are multiple non-profits and governmental organizations already attempting to help homeowners and by all means everyone should attempt to use these services.
